  • Prepare financial reports, grant reports, and compliance submissions on schedule and to specification
  • Serve as the liaison between grant recipients, university departments, and funding organizations to address questions and resolve issues
  • Manage grant records, tracking systems, and databases to provide accurate, accessible information
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve departmental operational efficiency

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional grant administration experience
  • Proven background managing federal or foundation grants in a higher education, research, or nonprofit setting
  • Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and skill managing competing priorities
  • Competence with grant management software, databases, and standard office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
