Senior Field Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UKI region. This is a remote position with approximately 30% travel within the UKI region and occasionally across Europe or the US.

Our client has undergone a regional restructure in 2025 and is focused on driving significant growth in the second half of 2026 and beyond. As the largest customer base in their market segment, the region needs a strategic marketer who can boost brand awareness and create demand for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the UKI leadership team to develop strategic approaches that drive exceptional regional growth
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to execute the regional Go-To-Market vision
• Execute the UKI marketing plan with clear focus on delivering measurable success metrics
• Manage the day-to-day activity of a Field Marketing Specialist, ensuring their professional growth and development
• Review, refine, and develop GTM tactics regularly to ensure continued engagement and penetration into strategic accounts
• Create and execute vertical or use case-led GTM plans targeting enterprise audiences through ABM programs (1:Few, 1:1, deal acceleration)
• Provide detailed analysis on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for optimization
• Participate in quarterly business reviews, reporting successes and outlining future strategies
• Manage budget, procurement processes, and accountability for all regional marketing spend
• Work closely with sales leaders and account executives to develop multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Senior Field Marketing role
• Previous experience in the IT industry, ideally in a B2B SaaS technology environment
• Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
• Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Positive attitude with ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, mostly within UKI with occasional European or US trips
• Comfortable with remote working arrangements with occasional visits to London and Bristol offices
