Content Creator / E-Mail Copywriter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential e-commerce marketing agency in Düsseldorf, needs a content creator who writes newsletter copy and builds the finished email campaigns end-to-end. You'll receive daily briefs for sale announcements, product launches, and category promotions across 30–40 retail brands. You'll craft subject lines and body copy, assemble layouts using a Figma design system, adapt graphics (sometimes with AI tools), and send the finished newsletter for client approval and deployment. This is full ownership—no handoffs, no waiting for someone else to finish your work.

The portfolio spans more than 150 online shops, delivering millions of emails every week. You'll learn each brand's voice quickly and see real-time performance data on everything you ship.

What We're Looking For

• Copywriting skill and speed: You write to convert, not just to sound clever.
• Visual judgment: You can tell when a layout works and feel comfortable using a design tool to implement it.
• Rapid learning: You pick up new software in days, not months.
• AI fluency: You already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your workflow.
• Drive and coachability: You take feedback, iterate, and improve week over week.
• End-to-end ownership mentality: You want to ship the whole campaign, not hand off pieces to other departments.
• 100 % on-site availability: The role is based in Düsseldorf (Pempelfort district) with no remote option.

Prior experience with Figma, newsletter platforms, or formal design training is not required. The client will train candidates who show the right eye, pace, and attitude.

Pay
