Join Worldvision as an Oficial de Patrocinio (Sponsorship Officer) based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This full-time position plays a vital role in connecting sponsors with vulnerable children and families in our programs, ensuring meaningful and sustained support reaches those who need it most.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sponsorship Officer to manage and nurture sponsor relationships while delivering direct impact to the communities we serve in Tegucigalpa. As the bridge between international sponsors and local beneficiaries, you'll help transform lives through consistent, compassionate program management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage active sponsor accounts and relationships, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction
• Coordinate correspondence between sponsors and sponsored children, maintaining program quality and compliance
• Organize and oversee sponsorship-related events and community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sponsorship cases
• Conduct home visits and beneficiary follow-ups to verify program impact and identify needs
• Liaise with field teams to gather updates, photos, and reports for sponsor communications
• Troubleshoot sponsorship issues and resolve donor inquiries professionally

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing sponsorship, donor relations, or similar community engagement programs
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity working with diverse populations
• Demonstrated commitment to child welfare and international development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
