Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial distribution organization seeking an apprentice for a Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d) position in Großenlüder. In this apprenticeship, you will serve as the communication bridge between our client and their customers across trade, automotive, construction, and agricultural sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing customer communications via telephone and email
• Managing and maintaining customer databases
• Supporting the execution of targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyzing customer needs and preparing quotations
• Assisting with sales promotion planning
• Documenting customer conversations and interactions
• Evaluating campaign results to improve service and marketing strategies
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
