We are representing a confidential creative agency based in Stuttgart that is seeking an Account Director to oversee their B2B portfolio and complex brand projects. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for managing large-scale B2B accounts from inception through delivery, ensuring timing, cost, quality, and feasibility are maintained throughout. You'll manage and expand existing client relationships while providing strategic and conceptual consulting. Leading interdisciplinary teams across campaign execution, you'll coordinate technical guidance and ensure seamless collaboration. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering client presentations, budget planning and control, and comprehensive project management using agile methodologies.

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate with a degree in business administration, media, economics, communication sciences, or comparable education. You should bring at least 7 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally within an agency environment. Strong customer, market, and brand understanding specific to B2B clients is essential, along with proven experience in campaign processes including briefing, calculation, and production. You must be a proactive communicator who thrives in team settings and can confidently run meetings, steer discussions, and deliver presentations. Familiarity with project management tools and agile working methods is required. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple complex initiatives simultaneously will set you apart.
