Senior Strategist (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential creative agency in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Strategist to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced strategist who thrives on building brands, shaping communication approaches, and working across both traditional and digital channels.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, taking ownership of complex accounts and guiding strategic processes from positioning through execution. You'll work on a diverse portfolio that spans consumer and business audiences, combining analytical rigor with creative thinking to develop strategies that resonate across platforms and markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand positioning, architecture development, and long-term brand management initiatives
• Develop integrated communication and channel strategies, including social media and digital ecosystems
• Drive strategic leadership and proactive account development for key client relationships
• Participate in new business activities including pitch presentations and client chemistry meetings
• Design and facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with clients and internal teams
• Guide market and user research initiatives, including evaluation and insight interpretation
• Create and deliver compelling strategic presentations in both German and English
• Mentor and develop junior strategists, sharing knowledge and building team capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum five years of strategic experience in brand, communication, or integrated marketing
• Proven track record managing complex clients and leading strategic initiatives successfully
• Strong expertise across brand strategy, communication planning, and channel strategy
• Deep understanding of digital and social media ecosystems, trends, and platform dynamics
• Experience translating brand positioning into multi-platform communication, ideally including B2B contexts
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify complexity
• Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in both German and English for client presentations and strategic documentation
• Collaborative leadership style with mentoring experience
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with hands-on team spirit
