Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization seeking a reliable working student to support their marketing team in München. In this Event Marketing role, you will handle operational and administrative tasks that form the foundation of professional events.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, assembling, packing, and shipping event materials
  • Ordering and reordering giveaways, equipment, and other event supplies
  • Managing, maintaining, and inventorying event materials
  • Providing on-site support at events
  • Creating event entries in company systems
  • Maintaining event, participant, and CRM data
  • Supporting participant management from preparation through follow-up
  • Handling organizational preparation and post-event wrap-up
  • Maintaining checklists, overviews, and process documentation
  • Providing administrative support for ongoing event operations

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution
  • Interest in event management, marketing, or organizational tasks
  • Careful, reliable, and structured working style
  • Willingness to handle hands-on tasks like material preparation, shipping, and inventory management
  • Ability to maintain overview when managing multiple parallel tasks
  • Clear and dependable communication skills
  • Comfortable with common digital tools and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent German and good English language skills
