The Opportunity

Sana Learn empowers organizations to build engaged, skilled workforces through collaborative learning experiences. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing success. You'll play a critical role in ensuring customers achieve their learning objectives and maximize the value of their investment in Workday's learning solutions.

Core Duties

  • Develop and execute customer onboarding plans to drive adoption of Sana Learn
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and quarterly planning sessions with key customer stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify risks or expansion opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance on learning best practices and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and technical support to resolve customer challenges
  • Maintain detailed customer relationships and communicate progress toward business outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of customer success, account management, or similar experience in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities; comfort engaging with C-suite and operational teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and drive organizational change
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and metrics to inform customer strategy
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving; ability to translate customer challenges into business outcomes
  • Demonstrated track record of customer retention and expansion revenue
