Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketplace organization seeking a Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to architect their entire Google ecosystem from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will be the founding expert building a core strategic function.

In this newly created role, you will:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Google strategy aligned with long-term scalability and business impact
• Build the technical infrastructure from scratch, defining the appropriate tech stack and setting up all necessary systems independently
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert across the complete Google ecosystem, monitoring emerging features and translating them into profitable business cases
• Establish this function as a sustainable, integrated component of the business model, defining future KPIs and ultimately building your own team once the foundation is established
• Connect performance marketing, search, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure into a cohesive strategic framework

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience within the Google ecosystem with demonstrable success in independently building channels or structures from the ground up
• Comprehensive knowledge spanning the entire Google universe—from performance marketing and technical infrastructure to Google Cloud
• Strong execution capability combined with strategic thinking and willingness to personally establish the technical and operational foundation in the startup phase
• Data-driven approach with clear KPI thinking and ability to prepare complex reports for executive leadership
• High degree of independence, assertiveness as a content lead, and talent for communicating complex concepts clearly
• Fluency in German required for this Stuttgart-based position
