What You'll Do

• Rotate through multiple operations departments to develop expertise across different functional areas
• Support process improvement initiatives, from planning through implementation and measurement
• Assist in optimizing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects and strategic initiatives
• Develop skills in scheduling, resource planning, quality assurance, and cost management
• Contribute to operational metrics tracking and reporting to leadership
• Support team coordination and communications across multiple work shifts or locations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
