Talent Acquisition Intern (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling technology client in Munich that is transforming enterprise operations through artificial intelligence. Following significant recent funding, our client is expanding rapidly and needs support building their team across technical and commercial functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work directly with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to source, engage, and assess candidates. This is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility across the full recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for technical and go-to-market roles using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain active pipelines for priority open positions
• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage high-potential talent
• Conduct initial candidate screens and increasingly own first-round interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role profiles and search strategies
• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience
• Track key recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to optimize sourcing and hiring workflows

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Genuine interest in recruiting, technology startups, and talent acquisition
• Proactive and structured working style with comfort taking ownership of projects
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly evaluate candidate profiles
• Confident communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or startup environments is beneficial but not required
