(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead meaningful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes; serve as Product Owner in agile project setups
• Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, forms management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Guide clients through digital transformation journeys and advise on solution strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, develop actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
• Strong command of agile or classical project management methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Passion for delivering exceptional IT projects such as websites, intranets, applications, digital processing systems, or specialized business applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement, with an intuitive sense for client needs and emerging business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all levels of project organizations and present complex topics clearly to different audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
