About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital solutions organization based in Hamburg. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead large IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes
- Act as Product Owner in agile project setups
- Manage projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, forms management systems, low-code platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Guide clients throughout the entire project lifecycle on digital transformation topics
- Steer large interdisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces
- Design and moderate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, creating targeted recommendations
- Contribute to methodology toolset development and provide guidance to project management colleagues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated project leadership capability
- Strong command of agile or classical project management methodologies
- Project management certification such as PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist (ideal)
- Passion for complex technical challenges and ability to understand client needs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels
- Capability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences
- Completed university degree
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with websites, intranets, mobile applications, digital applications systems, or business applications
