Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Deliver large-scale IT projects using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in translating client requirements into technical solutions and processes, serving as Product Owner in agile environments
• Manage projects across diverse technology stacks including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation throughout the full project lifecycle
• Oversee large interdisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder interfaces across multiple organizational levels
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient delivery of digital solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities in internal and external collaboration, creating actionable recommendations and driving change initiatives
• Contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies and mentor junior project managers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Strong proficiency in agile or traditional project management methodologies with relevant certification (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist preferred)
• Passion for delivering outstanding digital projects including websites, intranets, mobile applications, and enterprise systems
• Comfort with complex technical challenges and strong client engagement skills with an eye toward identifying business development opportunities
• Excellent communication abilities to navigate all levels of project organizations and explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
