Werkstudent:in Sales & Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization seeking a working student to support sales and operations coordination. From day one, you will take on responsibility in direct customer contact and ensure smooth internal processes:

• Conduct initial contact with potential customers, pre-qualify inquiries, and filter relevant leads for the sales team
• Proactively manage appointment scheduling, coordinating customer consultations (digital or on-site) and independently handling rescheduling when needed
• Persistently yet professionally obtain missing documents and important photos from customers (such as meter boxes, roof images, or heating installations) in a timely manner
• Ensure process optimization between sales and operations by guaranteeing all relevant customer information and technical details are complete for clean handoffs to installation teams

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who thinks proactively and takes initiative, not just completes tasks. The essential qualifications include:

• Strong communication skills with genuine enjoyment of phone conversations, articulate speech, and the ability to strike the right tone with customers
• Quick comprehension and problem-solving abilities, with understanding of what information operations teams need for smooth installations
• Goal-oriented drive with structured work habits and proactive follow-through until all documentation is complete
• Currently enrolled university student (field of study is secondary to your motivation)
• German language proficiency required for customer-facing role

Valuable but not required:

• Passion for climate protection, energy transition, and sustainability
• Prior exposure or knowledge in heat pumps, solar energy, or energy management
