Team Supervisor (Overnights)

The Opportunity

As a Team Supervisor (Overnights) at Wawa, you'll take charge of our store during the overnight shift, building a strong team culture while keeping operations efficient and our customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations during overnight shifts, including customer service, food preparation, and stock management
• Lead, coach, and motivate your overnight team to meet performance targets and maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, and operational procedures
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and store inventory
• Handle opening or closing procedures and prepare shift summaries for the next team
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards
• Report on shift performance and communicate with store management
