Wir vertreten einen wachsenden E-Commerce-Kunden im Bereich Büromöbel, der einen engagierten Customer Hero (80–100%) sucht. Diese Position ist remote aus Deutschland und bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen, digitalen Umfeld zu arbeiten und direkten Einfluss auf die Kundenzufriedenheit zu nehmen.
Aufgaben
- Kundenservice und Beratung: Beratung zu Produkten, Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Bestellung, Lieferung und Montage per E-Mail, Chat und Telefon
- Retouren und Garantiefälle: Professionelle Bearbeitung von Retouren, Garantiefällen und sonstigen Kundenanliegen
- B2B-Betreuung und Projektabwicklung: Beratung von Geschäftskunden und Erfassung der Aufträge für reibungslose Prozesse
- Verkaufsförderung: Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verkaufssteigerung wie Kundentelefonate, Follow-Ups und Verkaufsgespräche
- Hauptsächlich remote arbeiten mit regelmäßigem Austausch mit Teamleitung und Team
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online-Handel, Kundenservice oder verwandten Bereichen
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Klare, empathische Kommunikation sowohl mit Kunden als auch im Team
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und IT-Themen
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
