In this full-time role at 6360-AJ Blosenski Hauling, you'll operate our collection vehicles on daily residential routes, serving hundreds of households with reliable, professional service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely operate waste collection vehicles on assigned residential routes throughout Honey Brook and surrounding areas
• Collect residential trash, recycling, and yard waste according to established schedules and customer specifications
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures without exception
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and address questions
• Maintain accurate route records and communicate regularly with dispatch and management
• Keep vehicles and collection equipment clean and properly maintained

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Full-time availability, including early mornings and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to perform regular lifting, bending, and repetitive motion safely
• Strong commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctual work habits
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to adapt to route assignments and follow management direction
