The Opportunity
As a Relationship Specialist I, you'll be at the heart of our member experience. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping members navigate their financial goals and connecting them with the right products and services. Your Responsibilities
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned members through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services
- Process applications, transfers, and account openings accurately and efficiently
- Resolve member concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and company policies
