Senior Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential DevSecOps platform provider seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their South Korea team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through platform evaluations and digital transformation initiatives. Experience working with Chaebol organizations or other large conglomerate structures is highly valued given the enterprise accounts you'll support.

You'll partner with sales teams to shape account strategies, lead technical discovery and demonstrations, and own the evaluation process from proof-of-value through implementation planning. This position also involves enabling regional go-to-market partners who provide professional services delivery across South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, and validation activities to align platform capabilities with customer technical and business requirements across the software development lifecycle
• Own technical evaluation processes including solution design, proofs of concept, workshops, and technical components of tenders and value stream assessments
• Collaborate with account executives and regional sales teams to develop and execute account strategies focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
• Support and enable regional go-to-market partners to ensure consistent technical delivery and best practices across partner-led engagements
• Represent the organization at marketing events including webinars, industry conferences, presentations, roundtables, and demonstration sessions
• Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through transformation initiatives and platform adoption
• Advise customers on modern software development practices, CI/CD workflows, security integration, and cloud deployment strategies
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product management, engineering, and marketing teams by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive intelligence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in technical presales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles engaging with enterprise organizations
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and source control platforms
• Practical understanding of cloud computing concepts with ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations strategies with technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical evaluations such as POCs/POVs, contribute to tenders or audits, and design/facilitate workshops or value stream assessments
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical practitioners and senior business decision-makers
• Motivation for continuous professional development and learning new technologies
• Fluency in both Korean and English is required
• Experience working with Chaebol organizations or large conglomerates is highly valued
