Trainer, Customer Experience

About the Role

As a Trainer focused on customer experience, you'll design, develop, and deliver training programs that equip teams with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer interactions. Your work will directly impact how VSP customers are served, making this role essential to our commitment to customer success and satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials tailored to customer experience best practices
• Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to teams across the organization
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to drive skill development
• Identify gaps in customer service processes and recommend training solutions to address them
• Create and maintain training documentation, guides, and resources for ongoing reference
• Collaborate with department leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on feedback and results

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a customer service or customer experience context
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Expertise in customer experience principles and best practices
• Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with learning management systems and training development tools
• Demonstrated ability to measure training impact and report on outcomes
