About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential proptech organization in their search for a Client Success Manager. Our client operates a technology platform serving commercial real estate portfolios, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
This is a remote role based in the United States, with preference for candidates in Colorado. The position reports to the Manager of Client Success and requires minimal travel.
Responsibilities
As Client Success Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, serving as the primary owner of customer health, platform adoption, and value realization
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure strong implementation foundations and accelerate time-to-value for new clients
- Monitor health signals, maintain accurate account data, and proactively mitigate retention risks
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews focused on adoption and platform health, while partnering with account management on executive-level strategic reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client insights, reporting, and proof-of-value deliverables that reinforce customer outcomes
- Support renewal planning and identify expansion opportunities through proactive forecasting and strategic account planning
- Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and service improvements
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of client success experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ability to manage customer portfolios and drive retention, renewals, and account growth
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
- Strong organizational and data-driven approach, with experience using customer health metrics, CRM systems, and business insights to prioritize work effectively
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in commercial real estate technology or operations, including familiarity working with building owners, property managers, or asset managers
- Knowledge of energy management, utility data, or sustainability reporting frameworks
- Experience with Zoho CRM and Notion
Success in the first 90 days: You'll complete platform and industry onboarding, establish relationships with key client stakeholders, transition your portfolio, and deliver or schedule initial business reviews while maintaining accurate health scores and forecasts.
Ongoing success metrics: You'll drive multi-product adoption above 60%, build trusted partnerships with multiple stakeholders per account, support 95%+ gross revenue retention and 120%+ net revenue retention, and contribute to expansion opportunities.

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: $85,000–$105,000 base salary, with potential performance bonus and equity participation.
