Product Manager – AI

About This Role

We are representing a well-funded AI technology company building cutting-edge agentic solutions for small and medium businesses worldwide. Our client operates with the agility of a startup while offering the stability of an established organization.

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join their AI division in India. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, where you'll shape innovative AI products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and feature definition end-to-end, with strong focus on UX/UI and interaction design
• Become a power user of the platform rapidly and develop deep product expertise across all modules
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations that reduce friction and improve user experience
• Map the complete product surface area and identify how features connect across modules
• Optimize onboarding flows to drive higher conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
• Transform complex functionality into clean, simple, integrated user experiences
• Translate product understanding into effective onboarding sequences, product marketing pages, and in-app education
• Cross-reference specifications against staging and production environments to catch gaps and regressions
• Produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs that require minimal review
• Use data signals and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of optimizing onboarding experiences and improving conversion metrics
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to identify uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and friction points
• Strong judgment on prioritization—what matters versus noise—and commitment to protecting UX simplicity
• Extremely curious mindset: explores every product corner, asks "why," and proposes better alternatives
• Data-driven approach using usage signals and customer feedback to drive decisions
• Action-oriented with ability to ship simple, high-impact solutions quickly
• Strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
• Comfortable working independently on UX direction while partnering effectively with design and engineering teams
• Ability to avoid overbuilding and reduce UI clutter
• Hands-on operator who can move fast with minimal bureaucracy
• Immediate or quick joiners strongly preferred
