Role Overview

As Director of the Global Commercial Content Ecosystem, you'll lead the strategic development and management of our integrated content platforms and vendor partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, content delivery, and business development, where you'll oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of compelling content assets across our global markets. You'll establish frameworks that empower teams to produce high-impact commercial content whilst maintaining quality, compliance, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global commercial content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
• Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of content partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support content production and delivery at scale
• Lead cross-functional teams to oversee content development, from conception through launch and performance analysis
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for content quality, compliance, and brand alignment across regions
• Manage budget allocation and resource planning for commercial content initiatives
• Monitor content performance metrics and insights, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading commercial content, marketing, or related functions at director or senior manager level
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to articulate vision across global, cross-functional organisations
• Demonstrated success building and managing vendor ecosystems, partnerships, or complex supplier networks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with content performance data
