Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking licensed talk therapists to provide evening and weekend sessions remotely. This is a fee-for-service arrangement ideal for clinicians looking for flexible supplemental hours or a schedule that fits outside traditional workdays.

Candidates must be independently licensed and authorized to work in Germany. This is a remote position with consistent availability expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth platform
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client sessions weekly with at least 15 hours of scheduled availability
• Work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children as appropriate to your licensure
• Document sessions and treatment plans using the organization's EHR system
• Support clients in achieving measurable therapeutic progress
• Participate in clinical community activities and case consultations
• Maintain availability during evening and weekend time slots

What We're Looking For

• Active independent licensure as LPCMH, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD)
• Legal authorization to work in Germany at time of hire
• Minimum 10 sessions and 15 hours of weekly availability, primarily evenings and weekends
• Generalist approach with willingness to treat varied presenting concerns
• Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems
• Collaborative mindset and positive contribution to clinical team culture
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment approaches

Our client provides credentialing support, billing and scheduling assistance, paid orientation and training, and access to a national community of licensed clinicians. This is a W2 employee position with bi-weekly guaranteed pay for completed sessions, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and CEU reimbursement.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and are based on licensure type, session volume, and performance incentives.
