• 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, trading, investment banking, or related financial services

• Strong understanding of capital markets products, strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
