Senior Solutions Architect, Data Center Buildouts – NPN

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization at the forefront of AI infrastructure deployment. We're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a technical liaison between enterprise customers, partners, and internal engineering teams. In this forward-deployed role, you'll guide the planning, development, and deployment of large-scale AI data center facilities, acting as a trusted advisor embedded with customer and partner teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI data center deployment planning by collaborating with product, engineering, and partner teams to implement reference architectures into sophisticated, reliable builds
• Build scalable processes, partner relationships, and workflows to deliver large-scale AI infrastructure deployments efficiently
• Review and validate customer and partner installation plans, including point-to-point cabling assignments, hardware compatibility verification, and bill of materials reviews
• Conduct pre-deployment audits of data center and hardware elements to assess operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness
• Design detailed audit plans to identify potential risks, problems, and improvement opportunities before cluster deployments
• Implement quality assurance processes ensuring deployments meet specifications and performance benchmarks
• Develop partner-facing playbooks, deployment guides, and implementation documentation
• Provide hands-on mentorship to partners; conduct workshops and create runbooks to build technical expertise
• Serve as the voice of the customer and partner within the organization, conveying field insights and deployment challenges to internal engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, preferably involving hyperscale data centers
• Deep technical expertise in high-density AI/HPC data center environments
• Proven knowledge of data center systems: power distribution, liquid cooling, rack/server chassis, and cabling infrastructure
• Strong communication skills across technical implementation teams and executive stakeholders
• Excellent coordination and time management abilities with demonstrated success planning complex technical projects
• Ability to travel approximately 25%
• Experience with hyperscale data center rollout, operational procedures, safety, and security protocols strongly preferred
• Channel sales and services knowledge with partner co-selling experience a plus
• Ability to learn rapidly and solve sophisticated technical problems
