Talent Partner, GTM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise AI technology company in their search for a Talent Partner focused on go-to-market recruitment. Our client is expanding their global talent acquisition function and needs a creative, high-performing recruiter to join during this exciting growth phase. This role is based in London and offers the opportunity to build recruiting strategies from the ground up in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for go-to-market positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions
• Manage recruiting funnels and metrics within the applicant tracking system, providing regular progress updates
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse technology and talent communities
• Represent the talent acquisition team at industry conferences and execute networking events
• Take ownership of special talent projects and initiatives as they arise

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on go-to-market roles in high-growth environments
• Proven success scaling teams at startups or fast-growing technology companies
• Creative problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
• Strong influencing skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with comfort analyzing metrics and trends
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes
• Natural curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly in artificial intelligence and related fields
• Experience with modern applicant tracking systems
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and candidate experience
