About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility technology client in their search for a Senior Data Analyst to join their global CRM team. This is a strategic role supporting customer communication and retention initiatives across 45+ international markets. You'll be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making, building scalable analytics infrastructure, and uncovering insights that maximize customer lifetime value and business growth.

Our client is experiencing significant expansion and is investing heavily in cutting-edge CRM capabilities. As their Senior Data Analyst, you'll own the analytics function for customer engagement, working at the intersection of data, marketing, and product teams to optimize communication strategies at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, providing clear visibility into performance metrics, customer behavior patterns, and commercial impact
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time tracking of CRM performance, targets, and business trends for stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior drivers, high-value segments, and cross-market performance differences
  • Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions while conducting deep-dive analyses and responding to ad hoc business questions
  • Monitor and optimize key CRM KPIs including engagement rates, conversion metrics, retention performance, reactivation success, and communication effectiveness across the customer lifecycle
  • Partner closely with CRM, data engineering, and product teams to enhance segmentation strategies, personalization capabilities, experimentation frameworks, tracking quality, and data reliability
  • Evaluate A/B tests with statistical rigor and proactively identify trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities, presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally within CRM, marketing, or e-commerce environments
  • Proven track record of building dashboards and automated reporting solutions designed for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong SQL expertise including CTEs, window functions, and complex multi-table joins in a modern cloud data warehouse environment; Snowflake experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX proficiency, and best-practice dashboard design and visualization techniques
  • Solid understanding of marketing and CRM KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, attribution modeling, and customer lifetime value
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing/CRM teams; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Braze is a plus)
  • Strong data storytelling abilities, statistical literacy (including significance testing), and a structured, detail-oriented, autonomous working style
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Bavaria, Germany
