Field Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS client in London who is transforming how organizations approach innovation and intellectual property management. They've secured significant venture backing and are working with Fortune 500 companies and leading global firms. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to own their market presence and drive commercial pipeline.

Responsibilities

You will own field marketing end-to-end, determining where the business shows up in market, what programs to execute, and how to convert activity into measurable commercial outcomes.

• Lead all field marketing initiatives including industry conferences, webinars, executive dinners, roundtables, and targeted account experiences
• Design programs around commercial priorities, understanding target accounts, active opportunities, and pipeline gaps
• Partner closely with Sales to drive target account selection, outreach, meeting generation, and follow-up for every program
• Build integrated account-based marketing experiences combining events, gifting, direct outreach, digital channels, and content
• Manage all logistics, vendors, speakers, stakeholders, and timelines across multiple concurrent programs
• Track and report on impact through account engagement, opportunities created, deal progression, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, owning and executing programs from events and webinars to targeted account-based experiences
• Proven track record partnering with Sales teams to support target accounts, create pipeline, and accelerate opportunities
• Highly autonomous operator comfortable managing multiple programs, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative and commercially minded with a strong bias toward action and measurable business outcomes
• Excellent communicator who works effectively across Sales, Marketing, leadership, and external partners
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and working in a high-growth startup environment
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when programs require it

Location: London, with 3 days per week in office (Shoreditch area). Visa sponsorship available.
