Vanguard is hiring a full-time Manager, Financial Advisors in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. Lead a team of financial advisors and drive client success in one of the investment industry's most respected organizations.

The Opportunity

As Manager, Financial Advisors at Vanguard's Dallas/Ft. Worth location, you'll oversee a team of financial professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional client service while meeting business objectives. This management role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, allowing you to directly shape your team's performance and client outcomes. You'll champion best practices, coach advisors toward excellence, and help grow assets under management through strong relationship building and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of financial advisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Monitor team productivity, client satisfaction metrics, and regulatory compliance across all advisor activities
• Participate in client relationship management and complex financial planning discussions as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to expand client bases and deepen existing relationships
• Maintain current knowledge of investment products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory roles—preferably with management experience
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and client service standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client success
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment
• Valid securities licenses and relevant credentials (Series 7, Series 65, CFP, or similar) preferred
