About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team remotely within the United States. Our client delivers advanced solutions in guestroom automation, energy management, and connected property systems to hotels and hospitality operators worldwide.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring the team runs efficiently and maintains strong commercial discipline. You will bridge sales operations with technical sales execution, working across multiple departments to drive process excellence, data integrity, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Support the hospitality sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and consistent execution across opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting within sales systems and tools
• Assist with proposal development, technical integration planning, and customer-facing documentation
• Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product Marketing, and partner organizations to advance opportunities
• Provide insights and reporting that help the sales team identify, develop, and close new business
• Ensure strong commercial discipline through process adherence and quality control
• Support customer experience initiatives throughout the sales cycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and support functions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role within a B2B technology environment
• Understanding of technical sales processes and the ability to work with engineering and product teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process execution
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in hospitality technology, building automation, or related industries is a plus
• Comfort working in a remote environment with distributed teams
