Responsibilities

• Contact consumers via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements in accordance with company policies
• Document all communications and account updates accurately in company systems
• Adhere to federal and state collection laws, including FDCPA regulations
• Meet established performance goals while maintaining high customer service standards
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during challenging conversations

What We're Looking For

• Previous collections or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling difficult situations
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance requirements

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be competitive and commensurate with experience. This role includes commission and bonus opportunities beyond base compensation.
