Senior Compliance Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to take full ownership of their ESG program and execute key compliance workstreams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role reporting to senior legal leadership. You'll be a trusted compliance professional who helps teams across the business move quickly and responsibly in a fast-paced global technology environment.

Responsibilities

You will own and execute across multiple compliance domains:

• ESG Program Management: Own the ESG reporting calendar and disclosure obligations, including CSRD, GHG Protocol emissions reporting, and other applicable climate disclosure regimes
• Policy Lifecycle: Draft, maintain, version control, and manage global rollout of compliance policies
• Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption: Manage third-party and channel partner risk compliance
• Training Programs: Design and deliver compliance training across the organization
• Sanctions & Export Controls: Conduct third-party screening, KYC due diligence, and monitoring across jurisdictions
• Regulatory Monitoring: Horizon scanning across jurisdictions to inform program priorities
• ESG Data Infrastructure: Manage investor and shareholder ESG questionnaire responses and third-party ratings submissions
• Business Advising: Provide real-time compliance guidance to teams across all functions on risk implications, policy interpretation, and strategic ESG positioning

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years executing, managing, or developing a global compliance program
• Demonstrated experience managing a global ESG/CSRD reporting program end to end, including GHG Protocol and third-party ESG ratings
• Strong interest and capability in compliance and risk management
• Practical experience advising on compliance in a technology, SaaS, or software context
• Experience improving and speeding up policy drafting, alignment, and maintenance processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team while operating autonomously
• Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, multi-jurisdictional environment
• JD/law degree preferred but not required
• Corporate governance experience is a plus
