Account Director, Client Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media agency in London seeking an Account Director to lead end-to-end campaign delivery for a major technology client. This senior client services role combines strategic leadership, team management, and operational excellence to drive best-in-class work across multi-channel campaigns.

In this position, you'll serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile campaigns, manage a team of direct reports, and cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately four days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects, acting as the primary escalation point for client issues
• Drive client satisfaction through flawless campaign execution and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
• Line manage a team of direct reports, focusing on their long-term development and providing consistent actionable feedback
• Oversee campaign financials to ensure profitable delivery to budget and accurate revenue forecasting
• Manage team utilisation and communicate under/over utilisation to leadership
• Drive work quality and innovation standards across multi-channel campaign delivery
• Proactively anticipate risks and identify opportunities to expand the agency's remit
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture within campaign teams
• Propose new strategies and solutions to drive growth on assigned campaigns
• Solicit regular client feedback to ensure operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Degree education or equivalent professional experience
• Proven and demonstrable experience in an Account Director role with a track record of delivering end-to-end campaigns
• Strong leadership and communication skills across all platforms
• Ability to guide strategic direction and foster cross-functional collaboration on complex campaigns and projects
• Solid expertise in media strategy and agency operations
• Experience managing direct reports and driving team development
• Financial acumen with experience overseeing campaign budgets and profitability
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
