Get A Job.ai is representing a leading media analytics organization in their search for an Associate Director to lead their Analytics Modelling Services team in London. Our client operates at the intersection of data, technology, and media strategy, delivering sophisticated analytical solutions to major brands across multiple sectors.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll manage a team of econometricians while serving as the primary analytics sponsor for key client relationships. You'll oversee complex modelling projects, drive commercial growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional analytical insights that directly impact client business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage a team of 3-6 direct reports, providing regular feedback and fostering their professional growth and development
• Serve as the senior analytics sponsor and key client contact, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to expand analytics services
• Oversee the delivery of econometric modelling projects including Market Mix Modelling, brand health modelling, and bespoke analytical solutions
• Ensure data processing is completed correctly and efficiently by junior team members
• Challenge and elevate the quality of client analysis outputs
• Take ultimate responsibility for integration across all organizational departments
• Co-lead commercial excellence initiatives across the analytics function
• Contribute towards annual income growth targets, delivering significant revenue with complexity
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and client accounts effectively

What We're Looking For

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Market Mix Modelling and related analytical techniques within the media industry
• Proven track record working with clients across various industry sectors
• Advanced proficiency in R or other statistical software packages
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
• Experience anticipating and managing senior client needs through influence and negotiation
• Sound judgement with proven experience delivering solutions that positively impact business outcomes
• Solid knowledge of typical tools and techniques used in marketing analytics
• Exceptional attention to detail with a questioning, analytical mindset
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex analytical concepts for diverse audiences
• Right to work in the UK is required for this position
