About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media analytics organization in London that is seeking a Senior Associate, Analytics to join their specialist team. This role offers the opportunity to work on marketing effectiveness and campaign analytics for a major FMCG client across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for an experienced media analyst who can deliver excellent marketing effectiveness insights and drive innovative analytical thinking across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing ROI frameworks into media planning tools and integrate business results into campaign planning processes
• Lead marketing effectiveness analyses including budget forecasting, portfolio optimization, and competitive analysis with team support
• Drive campaign measurement and testing initiatives, providing recommendations on budget optimization and measurement methodologies
• Act as the central point for distilling and distributing insights from media activity across the cluster markets
• Deliver training sessions with clients and internal teams on analytics approaches and methodologies
• Support senior analytics leadership to champion marketing effectiveness across the cluster
• Collaborate with the broader effectiveness analytics community to share learnings and best practices
• Contribute to delivering the client's learning agenda across campaigns
• Ensure agency best practices are maintained across analytics areas such as post-campaign analyses and experimentation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on analytics – this role suits either a media-savvy analyst or an analytically focused planner
• Detailed knowledge of media, marketing, and measurement across all channels; FMCG experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel, common econometrics packages, statistics, and PowerPoint
• The ability to convert complex analysis into actionable, real-world solutions
• Excellent client-facing and multi-tasking skills with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly and simply
• A creative problem-solving mentality focused on providing robust, pragmatic solutions to ad-hoc questions
• A thirst for learning about technology, trends, media, people, and brands
• Ambitious, determined, and self-motivated approach to work
• Must have the right to work in the UK
