Senior Associate, Implementational Planning, UK

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Senior Associate, Implementation Planner to join their London team. In this role, you will build and execute implementational plans across varied top-tier brands, using industry insight tools and media owner relationships to deliver strategic outcomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal departments, and media owners
• Delivering high-quality implementational planning fundamentals
• Taking ownership of campaign briefs—developing strategy, producing implementational plans, managing implementation, and reporting on campaign performance
• Collaborating closely with buying and trafficking teams to ensure campaign set-up aligns with planned responses and buying targets
• Leading meetings and conference calls with planning teams and clients
• Presenting recommendations and post-campaign analysis to senior stakeholders
• Developing proposals based on media owner ideas and solutions
• Proactively identifying new and interesting media opportunities to enhance activity

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic planner with strong outcome-based planning skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. You should bring:

• Experience with digital media and trafficking
• Enthusiasm for working across a varied client portfolio
• Basic multi-media understanding
• Developing strategic planning capabilities
• Knowledge of industry media planning tools (such as Route and TGI)
• Ability to extract and filter relevant insights and research to support planning decisions
• Strong communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior clients
• Natural curiosity and creative thinking to identify new media opportunities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Right to work in the UK (required for this London-based role)
