About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential IT services organization in the Osnabrück area that is seeking an IT System Administrator to join their technical team. Our client provides comprehensive IT solutions with a focus on cloud infrastructure and client support. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse technical projects while maintaining direct client relationships in a collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Osnabrück with flexible remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 1st level support, providing calm and effective assistance to clients
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Client systems including software administration
- Administer Active Directory and Azure Directory environments
- Independently manage customer projects with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with third-party service providers and internal technical teams
What We're Looking For
- Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., Fachinformatiker/in) or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and system administration
- Experience with networks, firewalls, Office 365, and Azure
- Excellent understanding of integrated IT systems and infrastructure
- Valid Class B driver's license
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
