About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing consultancy based in Düsseldorf. Our client works with over 150 online retailers across the DACH region, building high-performance email and CRM campaigns that drive measurable revenue. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role for a creative all-rounder who can own the entire campaign lifecycle—from concept to delivery.

You'll design campaigns in fast cycles, build visual worlds using stock imagery and AI-generated assets, and write the copy that converts. Every campaign you create goes live quickly, and you'll see the sales impact the very next day. If you're a maker who wants to see direct results from your work, this role offers that clarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy marketing campaigns in Figma at high frequency
• Create visual assets: sourcing stock imagery, generating AI visuals through prompting, and compositing
• Write campaign copy and own the complete creative execution from idea to send
• Work autonomously on the full creative process for each campaign
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and team feedback
• Collaborate daily with the on-site team in Düsseldorf

No formal design education required. Our client values visual instinct, speed, and attitude over credentials. Figma experience and newsletter background are not necessary—if you have the eye and the drive, they'll teach you the rest.
