About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Düsseldorf. Our client works with e-commerce brands across the DACH region, building high-performance email and CRM campaigns that generate measurable revenue. This is a career-changer (Quereinsteiger) role for someone who wants to own the complete creative process—from concept to launch—and see immediate business impact.

You will design campaigns in fast cycles, build visual worlds using stock imagery, AI prompting, and compositing, and write compelling copy. Everything runs through you: text, design, and creative direction in one role.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy email marketing campaigns in Figma at high velocity
• Create visual assets using stock libraries, AI image generation through prompting, and digital compositing
• Write campaign copy and develop the complete creative narrative from brief to send
• Deliver finished work quickly and iterate based on performance feedback
• Learn and adapt to new tools and workflows rapidly

What We're Looking For

• A maker mindset—you finish what you start and ship work consistently
• High commitment and energy; this role is 100% on-site in Düsseldorf with the team
• A strong eye for aesthetics and visual judgment
• Extremely fast learner who can master new tools in days, not weeks
• Ambition and self-motivation; you take feedback constructively and improve every week
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your creative workflow
• Fluent in German (role requires native-level German copywriting)

Not required: Prior experience with Figma, newsletter design, or formal design training. If you have the eye, the speed, and the attitude, our client will teach you the rest.
