Warehouse Trainer (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics organization in the Munich area that is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to join their operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape how new team members learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You'll be the bridge between new hires and operational excellence—coordinating onboarding, delivering practical training across departments, and serving as a trusted resource for ongoing development and support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new warehouse employees
• Train team members across multiple warehouse departments and processes
• Develop and refine training materials and methodologies based on operational needs
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and motivation to help employees improve performance
• Identify skill gaps and create practical improvement plans for individuals
• Monitor adherence to warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with managers on training progress and employee development initiatives
• Support the rollout of new warehouse processes and ensure team understanding
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for questions, guidance, and operational support
• Model professional standards, teamwork, and customer-focused behaviors

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of training or coaching experience, preferably in warehouse or operations settings
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Calm under pressure with sound judgment and fair decision-making
• Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and workplace technology
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer-oriented mindset, even in operational roles
• Professional working proficiency in English or German required; additional languages are a strong plus
