(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) – People eXperience

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People eXperience team in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process across all departments—from developing job profiles and posting positions to successfully closing candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, even during high-volume periods
• Proactively coordinate interview processes, conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews independently and in collaboration with hiring teams, while gathering structured feedback
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with accurate, up-to-date information, screen incoming applications, and make initial candidate selections
• Act as a talent acquisition expert and trusted advisor to departments and hiring managers, providing guidance on interview evaluation, case studies, and hiring decisions
• Participate in projects with international talent acquisition teams, contributing market expertise for the German-speaking region
• Build and nurture a strong talent network within the industry, identifying and engaging qualified candidates proactively
• Represent our client at relevant industry events and networking opportunities to identify talent and build long-term relationships
• Leverage LinkedIn continuously for active sourcing and direct candidate outreach
• Analyze recruiting metrics regularly and implement concrete measures to optimize your processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Economics, or comparable qualification
• Substantial professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting—ideally within media, entertainment, or tech industries
• Goal-oriented work approach with a high degree of independence to achieve monthly hiring targets
• Structured, conscientious working style with experience maintaining and analyzing recruiting data
• Clear, reliable, and professional communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders including hiring managers and team colleagues
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience working with works councils is advantageous
• Strong active sourcing capabilities and networking skills
