Senior Creative (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social media marketing agency seeking a Senior Creative to drive social-first concepts and campaign ideas across multiple brand portfolios. You'll transform social intelligence insights into platform-specific content that resonates.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Develop creative social media concepts and campaign ideas tailored to each platform's unique characteristics
• Translate current social trends and insights into compelling social-first narratives, including influencer and creator concepts
• Write high-performance social copy, hooks, and scripts for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Support the development and structuring of content formats for always-on and campaign initiatives
• Work hands-on with interdisciplinary teams, accompany productions, and use prototyping (moodboards, storyboards) for quality assurance and vibe-checking
• Leverage AI tools for ideation sessions and implementation while maintaining data-driven thinking around creative KPIs and testing
• Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, content, and influencer teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of creative experience with clear focus on concept development and copywriting
• Strong intuition for social-first content creation
• Deep understanding of platform dynamics and trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Snapchat)
• Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 level) and advanced English (C1 level) for communication and copywriting
• Hands-on mentality with a passion for testing and performance-driven creative thinking
• Proficiency with AI tools for ideation and content creation
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven experience with influencer/creator campaigns and consumer brands
• Comfort working with creative KPIs and performance metrics
