About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential creative agency in Berlin. We're seeking a Head of Social Media to lead creative strategy and content development for major B2C brands across the DACH region. This role requires full on-site presence in Berlin and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative process for major consumer brands across DACH markets
• Develop scripts and concepts for organic content, paid advertising, and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on strategy and execution
• Analyze performance KPIs and continuously optimize creative assets
• Participate in advanced creative training programs valued at 100k€+

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally within an agency or brand environment
• Strong intuition for social media trends and high-performing content
• Excellent communication skills and genuine people sensibility
• Full availability and willingness to go the extra mile
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
