Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions in a virtual environment
• Assess clients' needs, build therapeutic relationships, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors
• Develop and implement strategies to help clients cope with issues and make positive changes
• Complete intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes to evaluate therapy sessions and outcomes
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to reflect on clinical work, including transference and countertransference
• Maintain a minimum caseload as established by the practice
• Complete organizational onboarding and training programs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and seek out learning opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues and network to maintain continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field (required)
• Active Massachusetts state licensure as LCSW or provisionally licensed LMHC (required)
