About This Position

Join Takeda as an HR Generalist in MEX - Santa Fe and take on a full-time role that balances strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee support. In this position, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations—managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development for our Santa Fe location. You'll work alongside colleagues across the company to foster a workplace culture that drives engagement, retention, and performance while ensuring we meet evolving regulatory requirements in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard talent across multiple departments and functions
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance support, conflict resolution, and transitions
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in compliance with Mexican labor law
• Develop and deliver training programs that build employee skills and leadership capability
• Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Partner with management to implement organizational changes and process improvements
• Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities

Who We're Looking For

• Proven HR experience as a generalist, specialist, or in a related operational role
• Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to employee advocacy and business impact
• Bilingual capability (Spanish and English) is highly valued
