Business Developer (Freelance)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in the Netherlands, and we're seeking a freelance Business Developer to drive client acquisition in Flanders.

In this role, you will:

• Actively prospect and identify potential clients in Flanders interested in property investments
• Build and maintain your own network of potential investors independently
• Conduct consultations with interested clients to understand their investment goals, budget, and requirements
• Guide prospective buyers through available investment opportunities with clear, professional communication
• Accompany clients to view properties and projects, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their potential investment
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through proposal presentation to closing
• Build trust throughout the process and ensure clients feel confident in their decision-making
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful file completion

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present investment opportunities persuasively and professionally

• Interest in real estate and investments; experience in real estate, financial services, or other commercial environments is a strong advantage
• Independent working style with strong initiative and ability to manage your own schedule and client portfolio efficiently
• Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel with clients
• Comfort working on a freelance basis and valuing flexibility as a key benefit
• Fluency in Dutch is required for this market
