About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client services organization based in Ontario, Canada. Our talent team is seeking a Bilingual MomentMaker® to join their remote customer experience team. This role requires fluency in both English and French and offers the opportunity to create meaningful connections with customers across North America.

Our client partners with trusted brands in restoration, home improvement, and professional services sectors, helping small businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat communications
• Schedule appointments and provide helpful information to customers seeking services
• Listen actively and provide empathetic, solution-focused support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation following established brand guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure positive customer experiences across all interactions
• Handle inquiries in both English and French with equal proficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Natural ability to make people feel heard and valued
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Capacity to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environments
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Customer service experience is an asset, though a genuine desire to help others is most important
• Remote work capability with reliable internet connection
• Based in or eligible to work in Canada
