Private Client Associate (Mid-Level)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Private Client Associate (Mid-Level) to join their team in Poland. This is a fully remote B2B contract position with a schedule of Sunday–Thursday, 8 hours plus 1-hour lunch break.

In this role, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for high-value private clients, managing payment, card, account, and transaction-related requests while delivering exceptional, personalized service. This position requires someone who combines strong client relationship skills with ownership, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for private clients, providing white-glove, personalized service
• Handle client requests across cards, payments, transfers, account functionality, limits, digital assets, and other products
• Take full ownership of client issues from initial contact through resolution, rather than simply routing requests between teams
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients, especially during urgent or sensitive matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs, expectations, and preferences
• Coordinate complex or high-value cases and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience
• Identify recurring client pain points and communicate them internally to improve service processes
• Develop a strong understanding of private clients, their businesses, financial behavior, and product usage patterns

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuinely client-first mindset and approach
• Ability to take ownership and follow through on client requests with strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding or high-value clients
• Experience working across multiple teams and navigating internal processes
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
• Excellent spoken and written English

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience working with VIP, premium, or high-value clients
• Background in fintech, banking, payments, cryptocurrency, or financial services
• Willingness to quickly learn fintech, payments, and cryptocurrency products
