Senior Project Manager – CMC Integration Project Management

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential biotechnology organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead CMC Integration and Project Management initiatives. This is a critical role supporting commercial product development across multiple therapeutic modalities. We're looking for an experienced project management professional who can orchestrate complex cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration of process development activities.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines for Pre-Pivotal, Pivotal, and Lifecycle Management projects within the commercial portfolio
• Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development across all modalities, partnering with technical leads to identify key deliverables
• Build project timelines that align with and support clinical and commercial targets as part of the Product Delivery Team
• Ensure active, aligned communication in functional and cross-functional management reviews and governance meetings
• Drive decision-making processes and facilitate effective communication across stakeholder groups
• Establish and manage collaboration platforms and team sites, tracking delivery and building repositories for all deliverables
• Partner with Business Analysis and Performance teams to report product metrics
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and incorporate best practices into ongoing operations
• Support business process improvements, including alignment with commercialization functions
• Provide project reporting including appropriate risk analysis and mitigation strategies
• Manage and coach a team of project managers supporting various products and projects

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications (one of the following):

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience
• Master's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Project Management experience
• Associate's degree and 10 years of Project Management experience
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 6 years of project management experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare-related field; direct CMC experience is highly desirable
• Proven ability to foster collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interface across all levels of an organization
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with standard Project Management tools and practices; experience with MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint highly desirable
